Responsibilities to include:
High priority Incident diagnosis
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows
Install software using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / Manual installation
Modify Active Directory user accounts
Troubleshoot SCCM agent issues
Troubleshoot WMI issues on Windows XP, Windows 7
No direct reports in this position
Key relationships with MS Server, MS Engineering and Networking teams as well as internal desktop users
