Technical skills and Knowledge:
Primary Skills: Oracle EBS Functional (WMS, OM, INV, PO, WIP)
Responsibilities:
12+ Years of experience in Oracle modules (WMS, OM, INV, PO, WIP) as functional consultant. WMS is critical.
Must have experience to lead the cross functional teams and participate in customer meetings.
Strong experience in functional requirement gathering, AS IS - TO BE processes, fit gap analysis, configurations, setups.
Experience in creating BR100, MD50, Test cases and carrying out thorough functional testing.
Strong experience in leading customer discussions, internal teams at onsite-offshore model
Good communication Skills. Addressing Client Concerns, Escalation Management, SLA adherence, Process improvements.
