Job Description - The requirement is primarily for a Oracle database system analyst / architect, and the project is oracle version upgrade, so relevant experience in Oracle Upgrade will be good to have.
Ability to document design, development, testing, and database infrastructure requirements and solutions.
Ability to understand and translate business and technical requirements and convert them into technical solution document.
Ability to produce a detailed technical design document and database migration plan by interviewing and assessing client requirements.
Ability to develop technical diagrams and workflows for database migration by interviewing and assessing client requirements.
Ability to work closely with QA & Testing teams to document some test cases and testing plans for the varied tasks required for database migration.
Ability to interpret verbal requirements from DBA's, Developers, QA/Testing, technical infrastructure team, and some business units to initiate our documentation process.
Work closely with the DBA's, Developers, QA, and the client to understand their processes for database migration and document these processes and workflows.
Some experience or understanding of computer programming languages such as: PL/SQL and/or Java.
Provides input to the technical product roadmap by working closely with internal technical writers
