Job description for the required position is as below:
Rapidly changing regulatory environments are facts of life in today's healthcare and health insurance market entities. We are currently looking for a Sr. Interface Engineer who will work in close collaboration with clinical and corporate stakeholders to provide interface development along with the application development.. This role will support, maintain and develop HL7 Interfaces utilizing the Cloverleaf Interface Engine The role will be required to provide overall leadership to other interface engineers and providing support to various IT related projects as needed.

Required Qualification:
5 or more years of related experience in software design and development
5 or more years working with Cloverleaf and/or other interface engines.
Knowledge of clinical applications and systems (Practice Management Systems, Lab Information Systems, Radiation Systems, Electronic Heath Record Applications)
Experienced in programming in various languages and databases for client/server and web-based applications and systems
Experienced in creating high quality, well documented interfaces (HL7, EDI or XML)
Apply and assist in develop programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation
Ability to function productively on multiple project teams simultaneously
Ability to work independently without any supervision
Experienced working in a high paced environment and ability to work effectively under pressure/stressful conditions to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work well in a team and interact effectively, including the ability to mentor and provide leadership to other engineers.
Ability to provide level of effort estimates and to perform tasks within the estimated level of effort and schedule
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
