Job Title : Technical Project Manager With Java Development Experience

Location: New York City

Contract : 12 + Months

I'm looking for someone who can manage aspects of the SRC (Secure Remote Commerce) program; it will be as a Technical Project Manager (TPM).

Background experience working in Card/Payment Services will not be required but is considered an unwritten prerequisite.

Job Qualifications:

Strong background and proven track record in running multiple teams, concurrently, in large scale projects

Understanding of the Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) product stack and implementation technology (similar to what you look for in SDE's)

Java/J2EE technologies (8+ years)

Spring Boot framework, REST APIs, JSON, NoSQL databases, Hibernate

Microservices architecture experience (6+ years)

Application Security, including information security principles and realization, web app security and PCI/DSS Compliance

Experience in CI/CD build pipeline implementation with:

Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Chef

Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels

Recognize complex designs and propose simplified solutions by working with software design engineers, principals and TPMs

Reports on progress, ensuring dependencies are covered

Strong leadership principles

Must communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity

Strong, proven agile capabilities and application of metrics to lead/drive teams and deliverables (e.g. velocity, cycle time, predictability)

Huge plus if you have expertise in Payments, IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, CI/CD, NoSQL databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model.

Experience working on programs to define and build cloud-native software products as a platform at scale
