I have a very immediate need for Business System Analyst who must have experience on Payment Services Client located at Rockville, MD.

Job Title    :      Business System Analyst who must have experience on Payment Services

Location   :      Plano, TX 

Duration  :      12+ Month

Need Consultants who can work on our W2

TN VISA, GC EAD, H4 EAD, Green Card or US Citizens only required

Must have experience on Payment Services

Must have at least 2+ years of experience, within a payment services organization, as a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Consultant with a leading technology company.

Highly preferred to have Experience on the Zuora platform specifically on Zuora Billing Services

Should have hands on experience with steps, systems, workflow that is involved post transaction and receiving the response back from bank (The full Authorization Flow) - Knowledge on PCI - Should have knowledge in creating technical stories - Should have worked on system integration (knowledge on API, Services)

Sound knowledge on Zuora Workflows configuration/migration

Extensive experience on Developer Tools on Zuora. - Sound Knowledge on Various Integrations from Zuora

Ability to lead business discussions with customers, discover requirements, frame a problem statement, lead solution workshops and deliver a Technical solution.

Experience in use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation.

Experience with gap analysis and blueprint development

Convert the business expectations (scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements

Create Feature list based on the requirements document-Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stake holders-Writing User Stories-Creation of Wireframe

Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to develop the User Interface screen-Coordination with the stake holder for getting sign offs on the user stories, wire frames and Mock ups-Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stake holdersOrganizing and leading the knowledge sharing session with the development, testing teams to spread the requirement

Prepare and maintain traceability matrix - Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction

Demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.

Capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk-through with the stakeholder - Participate in Bug Triage meetings
