1. 6+ years of hand on experience in salesforce.com
2. Strong Force.com technical expertise
3. Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements
4. Perform implementation/configuration, code development , review and execute unit tests
5. Production support for enhancements/configurations for in-scope Salesforce.com application
6. Technical Support for in-scope Salesforce.com application
7. Building Unit Test cases & testing
8. Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
9. Salesforce.com Certification - DEV 401 or ADM 201
10. Exposure to Agile methodology would be preferred;1. 6+ years of hand on experience in salesforce.com
