ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a conduit between the business and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood
Responsible for analyzing data to validate business domains and requirements
Responsible for understanding source systems and its data models
Act in an advisory capacity in data model reviews, architecture approach and solution design to ensure high quality deliverables
Provide both strategic and detailed support to the Project Manager on significant projects and initiatives
Responsible for working with various business units to analyze and define user requirements in order to develop the service/product that meets the strategic needs of the Business Unit
Ability to act in Project Manager capacity on selected initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
5-7 years of experience in data related projects
5+ years business analyst experience
Six Sigma background a plus
PMP and/or IIBA certification strongly preferred
Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of enterprise data warehouse concepts, design, implementation, and deployment
Experience in requirements gathering & facilitation sessions
Experience with vendor management
Demonstrates understanding of consumer banking regulations
Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving and independent execution skills
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
5-7 years of experience in data related projects
5+ years business analyst experience
