Qualifications :
B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience leading medium to large software technology projects (e.g. software development, system implementations, business analysis, and process re-engineering) through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Strong focus on Customer experience.
Experience in a software product organization with matrixed cross-functional teams is a plus
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools (e.g Waterfall, SDLC, Agile).
Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and verbal and written communications for technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of or familiarity with multiple Technology Infrastructure concepts such as, Servers, Virtualization, Networking, Telecommunications, Cloud Computing, End User Computing, File Services.
Proficient in using MS Office, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
Demonstrated ability to adhere and promote standard project management tools, procedures and best practices.
Proficient in using JIRA Software by Atlassian is a plus
PMP or PMI Certification is a plus
Agile certification (i.e. ACP, CSM) is a plus
