Hands on experience on Windows administration, implementation on VM and Physical servers
Access Management
ADS management
Knowledge on patch ratings, approval
Knowledge on WSUS, MBSA
Understanding of Windows security
Patch deployment on cluster environments
Good Understanding of Firewall
Understanding of connectivity of infrastructure, like web server, apps server, database server etc.
Troubleshooting skiils
Good documentation skills
ITIL process knowledge
Knowledge to read and tweak scripts
Knowledge on AD and GPO's
