Title : Oracle Forms Developer
Location : Tallahassee, FL (Locals)

This position will work in support of the Division of Waste Management's software applications, primarily focusing on Oracle Forms, PL/SQL and data analysis activities as a back-fill for an existing maintenance resource, as well as additional Oracle Forms and PL/SQL development work.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
6+ years' experience with Oracle Forms and PL/SQL
Knowledge of relational and object-oriented database designs.
Knowledge of object-oriented design methodologies.
Knowledge of Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM).
Knowledge of database security, including role-based security.
Ability to be creative, to use sound judgment, and to display foresight to identify potential problems and design/specifications and assigned application software systems.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to determine work priorities and ensure proper completion of work assignments.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
6+ years' experience with Oracle Forms and PL/SQL

4+ years' experience in Classic ASP
Experience using Subversion.
Knowledge and experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML).
2+ years' experience in Java Frameworks such as Struts/Tiles, Struts 2, Servlets/JSP, JPA/Hibernate
Experience using Maven 2 and/or 3
Familiarity with Agile development practices, specifically SCRUM and Kanban.
Familiarity with environmental regulatory business processes and practices.
Knowledge and understanding of DEP's technical environment.
4+ years' experience in Classic ASP
