Job Requirements:
· Bachelors or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is required
· 6-12 years Development/Consulting or IT Development/ Consulting Experience
· Understanding of core Business Intelligence (Tableau)/data warehousing technology: RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, Web, Client/ Server, and OLAP
· Tableau development experience and programming experience
· Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
· Proven analytical and problem solving skills
· Strong communicaton skills, both written and oral; Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language
· Ability to mentor and lead a team of consultants
· Define data and tools standards and estimate system capacity to meet long term processing requirement Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
· Flexibility to travel
