An ATC background checked tenant talks about his experience !!

Saurabh Agarwal, a tenant talks to ATC about his experience after
having undergone the mandatory tenant screening at SouthEnd Floors.

As a landlord if your tenant is showing resistance to undergo a
background check, then you must watch this video. Resistance to
undergo a background check could mean that either your tenant has a
shady past or is not comfortable with the process. In the latter case,
you may tell him/her how other tenants have fallen into line and have
found the process very friendly.
