Reservation deposit:

25% deposit required on all reservations, remaining payment upon
arrival. Deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation 45
days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to
arrival, your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent
the villa for that same time period.

Pets are not allowed.

Minimum length of stay:

• 5 nights except for the following holidays:
• Christmas 10 nights
• Easter 6 nights
• Balance of the year 5 nights
