Technical skills and Knowledge:
Primary Skills: Sr SAP BODS Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) as technical developer
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BODS ETL Batch Job and Real-time Job development
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BODS ETL Performance tuning
• Sound Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in Data Migration Project with an end to end implementation
• Good analytical skills to analyze the SAP BODS ETL issues and fix them independently
• Experience on Various transformations of SAP BODS
• Experience in understanding of the SAP BODS landscape and architecture
• Should be able to provide the estimation on SAP BODS work effort
• Should have knowledge on working with SAP system as source and target
• Should be able to connect to customers and gather requirements and work independently on those requirements
• Should have knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts on schema formation
• Experience in SAP BODS scheduling and Management Console
• Experience in SAP BODS central repository version control system
• Experience in preparation of Technical Specification documents
• Experience in developing real time Interfaces like IDOC, BAPI SAP applications with BODS is desirable
• Experience of Installation and configuring SAP BODS – optional
• Experience in SAP User management, repository creation and Job server management - optional
