SAP system knowledge/hands on would be advantage
Need work with business to gather the requirements, provide analysis , propose Solution
Delegate the work with team, coordinate and review solutions for business need, collaborate with Business to drive solutions
Ability to create test strategy for new business scenarios
Should be independent, own the delivery end to end
Excellent communication skills
Should be hands on HCM process and legal statutory processes
