Responsibilities:
Overall IT experience of 10+ years and minimum 5 years exp as Scrum Master
Certified Scrum Master CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance - Mandatory.
Has played Scrum Master role for multiple Projects/Scrum teams in parallel.
Diligently having applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory with a distributed team structure o Knowledge of Agile Templates and Metrics o Hands on experience on ALM tools i.e. JIRA
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Familiarity with DevOps
Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus)
Experience on .Net technologies
Healthcare Domain Knowledge
