Primary Skills: SAP BCM Technical Architect

Job Description:

BCM (Business Communications Management)  Technical Architecture with at least 2 full multi-channel implementation using SAP BCM and CRM for call center application, including installation, configuration, integration with SAP CRM, call routing rules setup for global client handling calls from different countries.

Rollout of existing solution to additional countries.

Support experience 2-3 years, supporting productive SAP BCM and CRM systems.

Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills required to resolve issues during call handling and routing.

Change/update call routing rules, BCM setup and user management in SAP BCM.

Experience in installation and configuration of BCM.

Experience in integration of BCM with SAP CRM.

Knowledge of TDM Integration between SIP/PSTN Gateway and TDM PABX's.

Experience in troubleshooting issues with BCM.

Soft skills to provide knowledge transfer to client.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a determination to help meet client needs and resolve priority issues.

Ability to work in a cleint – facing environment

Ability to work with offshore & remote teams
