Rate : $43-$45/hr Max
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience with dashboard visualization creation, graphic design, data visualization tools, interactive user interface and/or product design required.
Advanced knowledge of modern data visualization software.
Knowledge of visualization/dashboard design techniques for data analysis and presentation.
Experience with industry-standard visualization platforms.
Experience with data collection and transformation.
Experience with business analysis techniques and requirements gathering.
Demonstrated knowledge of database design principles and best practices using recent versions of Microsoft SQL Server.
Demonstrated experience in Crystal Reports, Logi Analystics, Microsoft's SQL Server Data Tools and Business Intelligence tools, or other reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and find solutions to solving them independently and in a timely manner.
Strong oral and written communication skills ensuring effective communication and requirements documentation between business customers and technical teams.
Creative thinking/Analytical mindset: differentiating 'needs' from 'wants', deriving necessary and implicit requirements.
Knowledge of visual perception and cognitive theory.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while cooperating, coordinating, and mentoring the overall team.
