Must Have Pega Experience
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
9-12 years of IT and business experience in strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms.
3-4 years of pega techincal experience.
Previous technical management experience in a dynamic high-technology environment.

Manages resource assignment and tracking to the project plan and project schedule in coordination with the line of business resource managers.
Negotiate the performance of activities with team members and their managers in a matrix environment.
Creates all project planning documentation and follows all CareFirst Defined processes.
Manages and communicates a clear vision of the projects objectives, and motivate the cross functional project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by the entire team.
Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities. Coordinates team activities to meet project milestones.
Schedule and track status via daily status calls.
Challenge developers on pega technical issues in terms of delay.
Coordinate with QA team on the defect review board. Challenge QA team on defects to determine if defect is indeed a pega defect.
Coordinate with UAT team to schedule and/or provide demos on the pega applications.Coordinate with Websphere, oracle, unix and performance test teams with respect to pega 7 upgrade activities.
2016-around 20+apps built based on pega technologies. out of the 20, some are on PC version, 7.2, 7.1, 7.2.0, all diff versions. In initiatives, trying to make all apps into same platform. 7.2.1
Working with diff teams in CF, and CF partners-infossys, cognizant. A lot of moving parts. Development teams, QA teams, websphere teams, deliverance, unix, performance testing teams.
Need a Tech. PM that can lead and track all initiatives with moving teams and help with pega upgrade.
Multi facets technologies, deal with over all day to day, project tracking issues,-mainframe, java , .net. resource must be well versed in management and tracking. Over all day to day work. how project is being accomplished.
Well experienced in pega. Since its an upgrade, a lot of issues happen between all teams.
