Rate : $55/hr on C2C Max
Environment:
Client is doubling environment from 1,000 servers to 2,000 and 200 applications to 400. Heavily automated environment. Need to possess the ability to study, analyze very detailed automation procedures and scripts. Client is in process of moving into the cloud.
Qualifications:
Experience in large enterprise environments preferably 1000+ servers.
Strong Scripting experience required on either Python, Perl, Ansible or Ruby languages.
Knowledge in DevOps Environment is plus: in Open Stack, Open Shift, Ansible, Open Source and LDAP, Docker, Terraform, Consul, AWS.
New server builds, provisioning of additional storage, performance management, capacity planning, software and microcode upgrades.
KVM experience for virtualization.
Support of virtualization and micro partitioning.
Global Data Center support and infrastructure/architecture experience.
