Basic Qualifications
7+ years application development and implementation experience.

Minimum Qualifications
7+ years .NET(3.5/4.0/4.5) with a focus on C# .Net and ASP.Net development;
7+ years relational database experience (SQL Server 2008/2012/2014 preferred);
Strong experience in data modeling & performance tuning;
Strong object oriented analysis and design experience, with thorough understanding of design patterns and their application;
Strong experience with web development and deployment (IIS);
Strong WPF Windows Presentation Foundation
Strong experience with SOA (service oriented architecture) and WCF (Windows Communication Foundation is a plus)
Experience working with VLDBs (very large databases);
Experience with Visual Studio 2012/2013;
Experience with agile software development techniques including designing software for unit testing and acceptance testing;
A logical thinker, problem solver & team player;
Windows Workflow Foundation
