Job Description:

Business Analyst will provide business and technical support to the Security Benefit organization on business processes and systems both in production as well as through the development of new products and services. These responsibilities include: conducting business need identification; documenting requirements; proposing recommended solutions; serving as a subject matter expert; and contributing to the development of test cases to ensure successful delivery. Business Analysts are liaisons between IT, operations and other areas such as Product Development, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, etc. to ensure sound business solutions are formed and implemented with quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct business need identification and business requirement definition.
· Complete research and provide analysis as needed to support management in decision making.
· Develop and execute proposed business and technical solutions.
· Develop business requirements for the business/technology solutions that will allow the internal departments to become more efficient and effective.
· Document flows and procedures.
· Collaborate with User Acceptance Team to ensure quality of solutions delivered.
· Identify, develop and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
