Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)* 1. General Mac operating system maintenance and management in a business environment which includes network Mac and PC devices on an enterprise Windows network
2. . Application and OS upgrades/patches and knowledge of security practices
3. Wireless and wired networking principles including drive mounting/mapping
3. Wireless and wired networking principles including drive mounting/mapping
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Local and wireless printing
Local and network backup including NAS, SAN, automated backup using 3rd party and native OS tools
2. Professional written and verbal communications
