writes requirements documents, runs JAD sessions to gather requirements, as is and to be analysis when looking at business functions, full knowledge of SDLC, department does both packaged development and custom development
understanding of web and or mobile development is a plus
understand of agile methodology is a plus
should understand how software is built
programs are based mostly on JavaScript and HTML5
understanding how to gather requirements with concern to difference between front end and back end data is a plus
Interview process: brief phone screen followed by face to face interview
