Summary:
This individual needs to understand the HR data model and create solutions to solve business problems. Development and maintenance of real-time and historical HR reports, and coordinating closely between business operations and IS development teams to ensure the creation and delivery of a high-quality data model and architecture. Enable operations management at all levels to use business intelligence reporting and analytics technologies in a self-service manner.
Responsibilities:
Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics
Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed
Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics development
Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR teams and CoE's (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance, etc.)
Partners with other Business Intelligence architects (as required) to continue to develop and evolve our advanced analytics
Required Qualifications:
Advanced experience with the Business Intelligence solution Qlikview
Advanced experience working with core HR solutions (specifically PeopleSoft version 9.0 or greater) HR data
Extensive Qlikview AND PeopleSoft Reporting is a requirement
Qlikview and PeopleSoft development experience
