Rate : $40/hr C2C Max - F2F Interview
Techical skills
3.1 Java Dev Required: Java, Spring stack (hibernate, security, etc), Unit testing, Agile – and can show this in a discussion/interview.
3.2 UI Dev Required: Angular 1.5 TO 2 or GWT, working with REST apis, experience with Ux, ideally some Java
3.3 Nice to have skills: ( USER DEVELOPMENT) BPM/Activiti, Lucene, AWS Cloud - or something else along these lines.
3.4 Bottom line: If it's on their resume, they should be able to talk about it. MINIMUM 4 YRS IN THE US- One employee multiple projects
