Technical skills and Knowledge:
Primary Skills: Test Lead
Responsibilities:
Strong test management experience including test strategy, test estimation, planning, monitoring , execution and reporting(for the stream assigned)
Expertise in stakeholder management
Both manual and automation test experience needed
Good communication skills – assertiveness, right escalation, clear and concise communication
Experience in interfacing with IT and business teams.
Experience in leasing/Asset Finance is preferably in the equipment finance with focus on origination. Experience in commercial leasing, dealer business and migration is a plus.
Experience is doing migration projects
Should have prior client facing experience /worked in client location
Experience in testing Siebel or SFDC or Mainframe
Experience working in an onsite offshore model
