Java Flex/Flash Adobe Consultant
Chicago, IL
3-6 Months Contract
Specific Required Knowledge / Skills:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
§ At least 7+ years of total J2EE development experience with and 5+ years on Spring framework and 3+ years experience working with Adobe LiveCycle®Enterprise Suite 4 (ES4), Apache / Adobe Flex 4.6 SDK based on Adobe Flash Platform
(Experience with Flex/Flash & LiveCycle is a MUST HAVE)
Excellent user interface design and implementation experience.
Strong experience in Oracle and MS SQL Server databases should be able write good SQL and PL/SQL queries.
Strong Liferay implementation on Tomcat/TC Server on both windows and Linux platform.
Strong experience application integration with LDAP.
Ideally, hands-on experience with Liferay Portal administration , including the following tasks:
Installation and configuration of development and production environments
Platform administration through the Control Panel
Application design and development
Strong hands-on experience in writing and deploying portlets, extensions, hooks and themes.
Design and implementation of custom page layouts
Database configuration
Organization of users and pages across collection types
Configuration and custom styling of out-of-box applications
Integration with legacy third-party applications
Proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3 and Javascript
Experience with Upgrades from Adobe LiveCycle LES2.5 to LES4
Experience with Upgrades from Flex 3.6 to Flex 4.6
Experience with Upgrades from Oracle 11g to 12c
