Job description :

Lead Should have excellent written and spoken communication skills Should have product development experience Candidates with Health care knowledge is a plus; Role requires the individual to:

A healthcare consultant with around 6-8 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management

Has an overall understanding of the PBM business, their processes, IT landscape

Has a deep understanding of the vendor landscape, type of operations with payers, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies and others, third party vendors, business models in which the industry operates

Has an understanding Industry trends, discontinuities, best practices and is able to engage CX level executives in domain discussions
