Position Description:
Business Systems Analyst. This position will provide project support related to the First Merit conversion. Responsibilities will include testing documentation and coordination, and data gathering and analysis.
Business Systems Analyst. This position will provide project support related to the First Merit conversion. Responsibilities will include testing documentation and coordination, and data gathering and analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Business Systems Analyst works with business partners to understand specific business needs in support of business processes:
Performs detailed business analysis;
May document functional and non-functional requirements, and processes;
Works with Infrastructure, including End User Computing (workstation management), and other IT project teams and business partners to drive successful project implementation from scope through the coordination of user acceptance testing.
The Business Systems Analyst works with business partners to understand specific business needs in support of business processes:

May document functional and non-functional requirements, and processes;
Works with Infrastructure, including End User Computing (workstation management), and other IT project teams and business partners to drive successful project implementation from scope through the coordination of user acceptance testing.

Scope Documents
Solution Requirements Documents
Business process flows using cross functional flow diagrams, and process diagrams
Assist in the creation of use cases, unit and integration testing, user acceptance testing and end-user training & support during and post go-live implementation – specifically with End User Computing (workstation management)
Functional design/Functional specifications
Meeting agendas and meeting minutes
Scope Documents
Solution Requirements Documents
Business process flows using cross functional flow diagrams, and process diagrams
