Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 yearsexperience, Bachelor's Degree
Very good functional expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management
Should have hands on experience in C/C++, Oracle 9i/10g, PL/SQL, Java, Perl and shell scripting.
Should have strong experience in BRM technical knowledge in customizing BRM opcodes (API), developing custom application using MTA (multi-threaded application)
Should have experience in creating or updating products, discounts in BRM
Should have experience in handling and customizing Pipeline by developing iscripts/irules etc.
Overall knowledge in Billing Domain in areas like Billing, Rating, Payment, Collections & G/L etc.
Should have strong understanding of BRM 7.5 Infranet and Pipeline architecture.
Should be able to handle production defects and turn around faster within defined SLA.
Fair understanding of performance, sizing and tuning of application
Fair understanding of BRM upgrade within different BRM versions.
Strong communication skills with onshore/offshore coordination
Managed Services Experience
Help and drive development team in all technical aspects on BRM front.
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills working with development and operations teams
Able to handle Operational issues working with globally dispersed teams
Able to manage a core technical team of size 3 working from offshore location.
