Responsibilities:

HP Exstream Lead Developer, need a resource who has experience designing applications in HP Exstream. 
A HP Exstream Lead Developer (may also be known as a Solution Provider) would be an experienced HP Exstream Developer/Designer who would be able to analyze a large conversion effort targeting HP Exstream and be able to provide:
Analysis of the scope and complexity of the conversion

High level Solution Development
A development plan that organizes the work and resources
Provides a work break down on expected HP Exstream Developer and Designer activities
A high level project schedule taking into consideration complexity and resource experience
Provide insight on optimizing any development or design options
Provide a methodology toward the organizing and managing the conversion which mitigates risk of missed requirements and milestones.
