3-5 years Salesforce.com experience
Must have Integration experience with Live Agent
Must have Scripting and customization of routing using various methods.
Must have Visualforce to support launching of Live agent from customers Website
1-2 years Apex, VisualForce development
Salesforce Developer DEV401 Certification
Salesforce Advanced Developer DEV501 Certification a plus
Proficient in data manipulation (Excel)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent field
Background spearheading CRM product strategy alongside Executives
JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery a plus
