Required Skills Technical Skills:
Must have 10+ years of actual development experience using Java/J2EE technology stack
Must have worked at least 5 years as a Lead Developer or Senior Developer on the team
Must have some Application Architecture experience with J2EE based systems
Must have designed, developed, and supported 3 tier Web Based Applications – internet and intranet
Must have designed, developed, and supported standards based Web Services
Must have developed solutions using Java/J2EE based open source frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Must have worked with Oracle or similar Relational Databases as backend
Must have good understanding of building secure web applications and ADA complaint web interfaces
Must have good understanding of performance metrics and performance tuning an application
Required Soft Skills:
Must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual
Must be able to work independently and in a team setting (a team player)
Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
