Job Description:
Strong DWH Design and Data modelling experience
Experienced in Informatica Power Centre (Informatica Data Services is a plus else might need to learn)
Perform Data Analysis on the subject areas and change/publish the data models
Contribute to architecture changes and discussions relating to the same with the key client stakeholders
Good expertise in SQL queries
Good in communication skills
Work with the offshore team to help understand the data model and answer the queries - help in finding alternate data paths (code help as well sometimes) to achieve the business objective
Work at Onsite EST hours and coordinate closely with the customer stakeholders both from business and architecture group for any design/review/UAT meetings. Sometimes if there is a need, there might be situations to work on weekends but this is only in case of a necessity and key client deliveries
Maintain and co-ordinate Data mapping matrix for sources that you are responsible for and get business buy-in for any changes done to the data mapping
Maintain Data Map as part of the strategic initiatives
Contribute to Technical proposals and aid in solutioning
