PHOTO ID PROOF NEEDED - $40/hr On C2C
This position is for an experienced COBOL mainframe developer on the Denti-Cal account supporting the dental component of the California Medicaid program. The CD-MMIS consists of both batch and real-time mainframe COBOL/IDMS components and non-mainframe applications on a variety of platforms.
Technical Skills:
5 or more years of experience writing and testing code using COBOL; CICS; ADS/O; databases like IDMS, and VSAM.
Understanding of modern software development tools and SCM (software configuration management) such as Xpediter, FileAid; ChangeMan.
Understanding of Basic Database Administration.
Experience performing problem analysis and resolution.
Experience providing on-call production support.
