Ability to work with offshore and onsite . Flexibility in GDM model is also a key.
Strong in MFT for Banking domain along intensive testing skills

Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong skills on file encryption methodologies, security certificates

Knowledge of Sterling Control Center, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy, Connect Direct will be an add advantage

Exposure and Experience in technologies like IBM WMB, Websphere, Trizetto Facets, Java, .net, COBOL, DB2 is desirable.
