Certifications & Training:
Sales or Service cloud certified
Relevant Previous Project Experience:
Subject Matter Expert providing customization, development, Enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Implementation Projects.
Well versed with SFDC Governor limits, Agile/Iterative implementations methodologies
Solution definition: Work with business and IT executives from the client to identify the business needs and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the business needs
Sales and business development: Support the sales and business development team with defining winning solutions and proposals
Internal collateral development: Assist front office /CSG team by offering to enhance the service offering..
Participates and drives orals presentations, conducts workshops for requirements gathering
Facilitates Conference Room Pilots, Super user training
Onsite/offshore coordination
Years of Relevant Experience in Proposed Services:
10+ years' experience in CRM successful consulting assignments of which at least 3-5 years in SFDC
