Detailed JD:
· Strong proven experience in Performance Testing, delivering testing for complex projects, working with different technology platforms.
· Strong experience and working knowledge of performance testing, approaches and concepts.
· Significant experience of using performance testing tools, especially HP LoadRunner and Performance Center.
· Significant experience of using monitoring tools like Wily introscope, Perfmon, nmon, etc
· Has demonstrable experience of performing the role of performance test lead.
· Ability to translate business requirements and technical designs into performance test approaches and test cases.
· Ability to effectively communicate within a multi-disciplined team, often across various locations and time-zones.
· Strong oral and written communications – need to be able to effectively communicate at all levels.
· Broad based IT knowledge and experience (Hardware, Networking, Middleware).
