Key Deliverables:
Domain specific segments of the Enterprise Logical Data Model
Support definition and alignment of entities and attributes identified in logical data model
Physical Data Models to define MDM data implementation
Canonical Messaging Models to govern use of data for integration and other physical implementations of data
Strong collaborative skills to work across multiple stakeholder groups to translate business strategies, processes, goals and objectives into MDM deliverables
Ability to use storytelling techniques to translate technical concepts and break down complex situations into easily understandable communications - visual, written and verbal that can be understood by less technically oriented stakeholders, including senior executives
Visionary that is grounded in reality with the ability to think conceptually, suggest solutions, provide functional expertise, and bring the big picture perspective.

2 years Data architecture experience
Experience creating Logical Data Models including processes and tools
Proven experience in facilitating collaborative sessions and driving deliverables
Experience in engineering or business systems, preferably to include work supporting more than one business process
Experience with balancing usability, data integrity, and performance
Proven experience in learning and adapting quickly to new tools and new business situations desired
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide variety of non-technical team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills
