Must be able to communicate and understand technical material produced by engineers, programmers, designers, drafters, and product management personnel.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of four (4) years of related experience required. In the absence of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience is needed.
Also, at least four (4) years programming experience in C#, Visual C++ or other high-level language is recommended.
