Lead consultant : Having Oracle EBS R12 Functional expertise in HCM modules:
Core HR, Self Service, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Oracle Incentive Compensation, Oracle Time and Labor

Having Oracle EBS R12 Functional expertise in HCM modules:
Core HR, Self Service, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Oracle Incentive Compensation, Oracle Time and Labor
Collecting / understanding / communicating / deploying HR functional application requirements
Providing input and oversight to the execution of functional design, configuration and testing, including writing and reviewing functional requirements and design specifications
Identifying/translating HR & business needs into system design and configuration
Support of testing strategy and execution (unit, integration, user acceptance)
Co-ordinate with offshore development team and ensure quality of deliverables
