However , the above rates shall stand reduced by Rs 100/- per sq.ft. as Basic Sales Price in the event the customer chooses to buy on Easy Payment Plan as per Option B.
Additional Charges are as follows :

Open Rs. 1,50,000/-
Covered Rs. 2,50,000/-
Stilt Rs. 3,50,000/-
*One Covered Car Parking Mandatory with Each Unit
5. EDC & IDC Rs. 274.33 Per Sq.ft or as applicable
Payment plan
a) PLP (OPTION A):-

| 9 | On completion of internal tile flooring | 5% of sale price |

On intimation of possession | 5% of sale price+IFMS+Stamp Duty Registration Charges |
