While you as a consultant / advisor in real estate business focus on your core areas i.e. Property transactions, we take pride in our fair, transparent and efficient handling of Financing transactions. Through this email you are invited to make additional income while you continue to focus on your core areas. Our competent and skilled team would handle the financing transaction for you. We share revenues that we earn out of such transactions with you and revenue for you start from minimum of .30% to as much as .5% of the loan amount, depending upon the bank / financial institution and the ticket size. 

Though the transaction size is important in determining the payout, there is no minimum commitment of the business from your side for the payout.You would not be required to keep any  records or raise the invoices. Payment terms to you would be based on a cycle and payment would be done to you by the end of the first fortnight.
