Facade decoration is made by Giovanni Simonetti – stucco maker, well known in Prussia. Six-floor buliding has rectangular plan and surface of 675 m2; 2216m² floorage and 14000m ³ volume. Groin vaults in the cellar and the staircase; on the floors there is decorative woodden ceiling with authentic baroque ornamets. There is a halL and a big 90 m2 representative room on the ground floor. There are also six dwelling rooms behind. Higher stories have got four rooms each, from 24 to 42 m2. Height of the stories: cellar – 2,4 m, ground floor – 4,44 m, 1st floor - 4 m, 2nd floor – 4 m, 3rd floor – 3,52 m, attic – 5,72 m. Biulding is covered by high ma!
