through a credit from the local bank (they don't care about you,
because they money comes from D.E.I.). D.E.I. guarantees a purchase
price of 55 CENT (Eurocent) per KW for 25 years!!!

Greece is one of the few countries in Europe with the most hours of
sun a year and the guaranteed purchase price 55 cent per KW / 25 years
ist the highest in all Europe.

If you do not use the house on your own, you could rent it out (rental
management available through us if needed).

Offcourse you can also pay the whole property value at the time of
purchase and have a secured income from the photovoltaic system for
the next 25 years.
