Desired Candidate 

Graduates, /Post Graduates having 1 to 3 years experience,  with a flair for customer-oriented sales and result oriented approach. Experience in Sales and Marketing, and good communication skills as well as pleasing personality. Experience Real estate would be an added advantage.



 
 
Job Description
ACTIVITIES PERFORMED
·         Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
·         Negotiate on the rate of quoted price of the property.
·         Take the clients for the site visit.
·         Constant Interaction with dealers.
·         Tie-up with the corporate clients who are seeking for the property.
·         Provide profile of the builders to the clients.
·         Ensure detailed study of the area.
·         Survey the site before the deal is finalized.
·         Look for the future value of the property, the area and the industry.
·         Handover the detail to the concerned head.
