- DLF does not put any chq for encashment until you sign on the acceptance of unit selected. This cheq is to log in your expression of interest. After that if successful (directly or thru draw of lots) then DLF will call you or your representative (which can be any of your friends including us) and ask for selection of unit. If you say yes to them either directly (on phone) or through your rep – then only they will fill up your form and within two days your cheq will be sent to bank. (you will still get 24-48 hours for chq to reach your account)
