Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in GxP documentation, SAP Supply Chain Planning, and Computer System Validation (CSV). This role will support a pharmaceutical client's SAP S/4 HANA environment and requires deep domain knowledge in life sciences and GxP compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong business stakeholder management skills, change management experience, and the ability to lead global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead GxP-compliant project management efforts for SAP S/4 HANA implementation and validation

·         Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, risk management, documentation, resource management, and stakeholder communication

·         Develop and maintain all project documentation in accordance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements

·         Perform GxP assessments and create validation strategies and plans

·         Oversee validation protocol creation and execution (IQ, OQ, PQ, CQ, DQ)

·         Review test scripts, track defects, and ensure thorough documentation

·         Maintain traceability matrices, qualification summary reports, and project issue trackers

·         Support release management activities and ensure SOPs, WIs, and training materials are properly documented

·         Provide leadership to global validation engineering teams

·         Participate in CAPA processes and maintain quality metrics

Required Skills & Experience:

·         Minimum 8+ years of experience in Computer System Validation in the life sciences domain, with at least 3 years managing global SAP validation projects

·         In-depth understanding of GxP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP-5 standards

·         Strong experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning

·         Prior experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is a plus

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail

·         Strong business process knowledge, change management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities

·         PMP and Change Management (CCMP) certifications preferred

Important Notes:

·         Candidates must not have a Scrum Master–only background

·         Titles like Program Manager or Project Manager are acceptable, but GxP knowledge is a must

·         Strong preference for candidates with pharma or regulated industry experience
